Stride AI ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-powered automation tools for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform and services.

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing details when you create an account.
  • CRM data: Lead and contact data imported from your connected CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE) to power your AI agents.
  • Communication data: SMS messages and emails sent on your behalf to your leads, including delivery status and response data.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the Stride AI platform, including agent configurations, deployment activity, and performance metrics.
  • Integration credentials: OAuth tokens and API keys for connected third-party services, stored securely and encrypted at rest.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and power your AI agents (lead responder, appointment setter, etc.).
  • To send SMS messages and emails to your leads on your behalf.
  • To provide analytics, performance reports, and weekly summaries.
  • To maintain and improve the reliability and security of our platform.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your leads' data to any third party. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Stride AI services you have subscribed to.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), and Stripe (payment processing) receive only the data necessary to perform their functions.
  • Your CRM: Data flows back to your connected CRM as configured by you.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security policies, and secure credential storage. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, we will delete your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

9. SMS & Communication Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By deploying AI agents through Stride AI, you authorize us to send SMS messages and emails to your leads on your behalf. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. We comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable messaging regulations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Stride AI dashboard.
