1. About Stride AI
Stride AI provides AI-powered automation tools designed specifically for real estate professionals. Our platform deploys intelligent agents that handle lead response, appointment scheduling, and lead qualification on your behalf. By using Stride AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or authorized representative of a real estate business) to use Stride AI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Stride AI is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. How the Service Works
When you activate AI agents through Stride AI:
- Our agents process incoming leads from your CRM and connected sources.
- AI-generated SMS messages and emails are sent to your leads on your behalf, using your business name and configured agent persona.
- All communications are sent from phone numbers and email addresses provisioned for your account.
- Activity logs, performance metrics, and analytics are provided through your dashboard.
5. SMS Messaging & Compliance
Stride AI sends SMS messages to leads on behalf of our clients (real estate agents and teams). By using our SMS features, you agree to the following:
- You have obtained proper consent to contact the leads whose data you provide to Stride AI.
- SMS messages are sent to leads who have submitted inquiries through your listings, website, or advertising.
- Opt-out: Any lead may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.
- Message frequency varies based on your agent configuration. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal, state, and carrier-level messaging regulations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Stride AI to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not inquired about your services.
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Stride AI platform.
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Stride AI, including lead information and CRM data. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide the services you have subscribed to. See our

8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.
9. Billing & Cancellation
- Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
10. Limitation of Liability
Stride AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost leads, missed appointments, or messaging delivery failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
